Brief Info:
A strong, indepentdent madam whose husband was killed in a car accident. She lives with her parents until they both pass away. She finally found her love in businessman Danny Lee. Unfortunately, he already has a woman, Melissa Ng, who left him for the US. The love triangle ended with Melissa out of the race but Danny get himself in a bigger mess leaving Lisa to decide between her career or her husband.
Fast Forward.... Ok That's Good.
Those scenes with Lisa's parents, herself and Danny. So boring, you can get yourself into sleep watching them. I know this serie concentrate more on the older generation love story, but this out of control. I can't stand watching Lisa's parents, so gross,especially her dad. That guy, he just can't act and why is he in so many serie. Does TVB have any better veteran actor. He is in ATE, HSDS 2000, in here, and also Taste of Love. I am getting sick of him. Then Lisa&Danny deal. They are ok most of the time. Enjoyable watching Lisa and Melissa fighting over him. The scene where Danny proposes to Lisa, and the Kiss... so gross.... yucky....(Sorry if I am being too mean)
Acting:
Lisa Wong is like the biggest sister in TVB right now. Her acting is good in here, except for some scene. Like the one when she is being chases by those gangster, and when she is trying to rescue the kid from the explosion. Her face is like expressionless. I know that she is not scare of those scene and very calm in dealing with them, but at least show something that will look like you are running for your life.
Misc:
She was good in ATE and convincing. She is in a new serie call "The Awakening Story" with Maggei Cheung, Joe Ma, Louisa So, and Damian Lau
How Likeable is Lisa's Character? C+
What about Acting Skill? A-
