About a year ago my dad purchased a Yamaha golf cart. (see readers carts) I was very impressed with the mobility of the cart. It would go anywhere. So, I started doing some research and learned that a golf cart can be lifted very easily and makes a great, inexpensive ATV.
They are very comfortable to ride. Also they make a great utility vehicle around the farm, property, or camp.
I needed a hobby. So, with the help of my dad, we purchased the cart profiled on these pages. Initially I was only going to lift the cart. But after I got it home, I decided to go for the full restoration. I also thought it would be cool to document the progress. There are a lot of web sites about lifting golf carts, but I could not find any of the install. I also thought that a place where other cart owners can post pictures of their carts would be cool.

I am new to the world of golf carts. I am learning as I go along. But I would be glad to help anyone insterested in a golf cart project of their own.

Thanks for looking. I will be updating this site weekly, so come back often and check out the progress.
