| I mentioned earlier, that the battery tray had a lot of rust from mud under the battery. (left) I took the gas tank off and found a little rust and a lot of mud under it too. (right) I would recommend removing and cleaning often. Next week I will be wire brushing these plates. Then I am planning to use Hurculiner (or some form of spray / roll on on bed liner product). I hope this will help against future rust. (Any suggestions are welcome) Is this a common problem with EZ Go TXT's? |
| After about 3 hrs. 2 cans of Gunk, and a gallon of Super Clean, It is spotless. Next week, I am going to fix the battery tray, and the gas tank tray. I will be ready for the lift kit. Make sure you come back next week for more update and pictures. |
