Thank you for your interest in our costumes. To further your professional experience with Custom Creations here are a few things we think you should know!
We require all monies be paid up front.
We accept
PayPal
We do accept Personal Checks and Money Orders.
Delivery for the costume may be be delayed, sicne construction will not begin untill check has cleared or have received Money Order.
We have a no-refund policy.
We do require a final fitting for costumes, if a final fitting cannot be made costume is not guarantee to fit perfect.
If costume is cancelled after payment is made and work has begun, money will not be refunded.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for construction of costume.ESPCIALLY during peak sewing times
(ie: Halloween and Conventions)
Time may be less or more, depending on project and time placed.
Please be aware that while we strive for the utmost in movie accuracy, we aren't able to make mirror images of costumes. The materials, buttons and other things made in the 70's may not be availible to us now. We do our best to recreate, but some things are impossible to order and attain.
Work will not be started on a costume until it is paid for. If you e-mail us for a quote and we agree on a price. This DOES NOT put you in line for a costume. Only when payment is recieved in FULL will it be put in line for assembly and shipment.
