Heres another example where HW copied another manufactuer. You can tell by looking at the chassis, the screws are basically in the same places . There are a few differences in the two. I think the Burago is based on the very first prototype F40 whereas the HW is based of the production car. You can see in the pics that the HW version is more like the production car. The differences: Burago has 5 vents under the rear wing - HW has 4 , rear window vents are different on both, HW has side windows, outside mirrors are different, HW has brake discs, Burago has the tie down straps for the front & rear bonnets, HW has the rear marker lights & the HW has more details under the front bonnet. I think the interior is better in the HW version. It just looks more like the 1:1 interior. The engines are basically the same. The HW doesn't have the "BEHR" on the intercoolers, but does have springs for the rear suspension(although they are non functional).In the engine pic, the HW is on the left. Prices vary, but you can usually pick either of them up for $15-25. |
