This unit is a 1988 Chevrolet. It carries 1700 gal. of water, 20 gal. AFFF, 2-SCBA, 2-150' preconnects, 500' 2 1/2" hose and is equiped with a 500 GPM Waterous pump which is powered by a 53hp VW engine. This unit responds to rural and municipal structure fires, oilfield (tank battery) fires, Vehicle fires, and serves as a tanker on wildland fires.
