HI, WELL MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION ALONG WITH HALF THE POPULATIONS IS TO HAVE A BETTER BODY. DURING MY QUEST FOR THIS I WILL BE KEEPING TRACK OF MY PROGRESS WITH AN ONLINE EXERCISE PROGRAM. SINCE I DON'T BELIEVE IN WEIGHING MYSELF I WILL BE MEASURING MY PROGRESS BY HOW WELL MY OUTFITS FIT. I'LL ALSO BE LEAVING NOTES FROM TIME TO TIME.
MONDAY

Exercise-none
Food- Just Right with full cream milk, potato pie, pie, chips and gravey, peice of chocolate cake, 4 peices toast with peanut butter, peice of steak (fried)

TUESDAY

Exercise-none
Food- Cornflakes with full cream milk, chicken, chip and gravey roll, chicken and chese toasted sandwich, choc, chip muffin, bottle coke, mars bar.

WENESDAY

Exersise- none
Food- pie, 2 toatsed chick, cheese sandwiches, lift plus, caramel tart, large fries, coke, big mac.

THURSDAY

Exercise-none
Food- cornflakes, pie, saugage roll, pie, choc cake, crunchie bar, lift plus, bottle coke, 2 peices toast with peanut butter, peice fried steak.

FRIDAY

Exercise-none
Food- just right, pie, chips, gravey, caramel tart, lift plus, 2 bourben cans,1 west coast, 1 bottle coke, big mac and large fries, 1 orange

SATURDAY

exercise- none
Food- bacon and eggs, bottle coke, big mac and large fries, caramel sunday, crunchie bar, pacet salt and viniger chips.

SUNDAY

Exercise- none
Food- bacon and eggs, saugages (2), 2 toasted chick cheese sandwiches, yogurt, 3 chocolate mudslides, 1 mars bar, 1 peice of pizza.
OK, BEFORE I START WITH MY JOURNALL ENTRY I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A SAMPLE OF MY WEEK BEFORE I START THIS RESOLUTION.
IT'S THE FOLLOWING.( in red)
WEEK ONE

MONDAY

Exercise-15 min Yoga, 50 min multi workout vidio, 1 and a half hour walk.

DIet- 2 peices toast(jam), 2 tosted cheese sandwiches, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 peice grilled steak, handfull salted peanuts.

TUESDAY

Exercise- 40 min Yoga, 1 hr walk.
Diet- 2 peices toast ( jam), chicken, chip, gravey roll, handfull grapes, 1 lamington, cup beef soup, 1 orange.

WENESDAY

EXercise- half hour walk, 15 min Yoga.
Deit- 2 peices toast (jam), pie, chips, gravey, 1 orange, 3 peices pizza.

THURSDAY

Exercise- yoga, 30 min.
DIEt- 2 peices toast (jam), chicken sandwich, bunch grapes,, 4 vegimite crackers, McChicken burger.

FRIDAY

Exercise- 15 min Yoga, netball
Diet- 2 peices toast (jam), 2 yogurt, 1 orange, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 tuna sandwiches.

SATURDAY

Exercise- 45 min pilates, 20 min kickboxing, 45 min walk.
Diet- 2 peices toast (JAM) 2 yogurts, 2 oranges,, tuna sandwich, 4 vegimite crackers, lamington, grilled steak.
