| CHAPTER REQUIREMENTS |
| 1. Community Service per quarter, and must fall within the sorority's awarenesses. 2. The chapter must establish and submit bylaws annually to the Grand Chapter Board. |
| CHAPTER RESPONSIBILITIES |
| 1. Chapter meetings are the 2nd Sunday of every month at 3:30pm per phone conference. Changes made by President within 48 hours notification to all members. 2. At least one Chapter Representative must be present at all national mandatory events. 3. Members are expected to attend all chapter meetings; or at least 3/4 of all meetings and events. 4. If absent the member must notify the President 48 hours before the meeting, but is still responsible for the information needed at the meeting. 5. An executive board member must provide the vice-president with her report 24 hours before the meeting by 5:00pm, the end of a business day. 6. All members must adhere to National Code of Conduct. |
| CHAPTER FINANCES |
| 1. In order to be considered active by the Grand Chapter Board you must be administratively or fully active. 2. Chapter members must pay $15.00 per month in order to be active within the chapter or pay a total of $180.00 for the year; or a lump sum of $90 per semester starting January and July. Payments are due the Friday before the meeting. 3. If a chapter member fails to comply a penalty of $5.00 shall be incurred each month until amount is paid. |
