Jeremy Kent ends the season undefeated against his fellow NFC opponents by beating Coach Jewy and his Washington Redskins 38-14. The game remained close throughout
In the AFC Championship game, Dan McCarthy's Buffalo Bills dominated another playoff game and beat Anthony Spagnoli's Patriots 41-6. Ken Irvin intercepted 2 passes to lead the Defense. Doug Flutie went 20 for 25 and 341 yards. He also threw for 2 TD's and ran for 2 more. Eric Moulds caught 7 passes for 182 yards and 1 TD in the game as well.
This Super Bowl is also a rematch of the National Championship Game of the first Gamebreaker 99 season. Dan McCarthy's Georgia Bulldogs lost that
to Jeremy Kent's Miami Hurricanes and their onside kick. This game is revenge for Dan McCarthy and for the Buffalo Bills franchise. They will try not to lose 3 Super Bowls to "America's Team" the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys will also try to seek revenge of their own though--to avenge their only loss of the season. Also, both players are playing for the right of their conference to go to Dinosaur Barbecue, which is the real Championship, not the Lomangnio Trophy, named after the League's first Commissioner.
