CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING SELECTED THE FOOD CRITIC OF YOUR GROUP! Before you start, answer these questions: What is a food critic? What does the profession of food critic involve? (see "Become-a-Food-Critic")

You, the Food Critic, are in charge of finding as much information as possible about the food eaten by the Aztecs, the Spanish, and Mexicans.

2. What are the names (please include descriptions) of the most popular food items eaten by the
     Aztecs/Spaniards/Mexicans?

3. Is ancient Aztec food still being eaten in Mexico?

4. What are the names of traditional food items that are eaten by both Mexicans and Spaniards?
