High Voltage 27, Juggernaut 20 ---- Game Highlights ---- A weakly played first half almost lead to a divisional loss to start the season, but a strong second half led to a win.
Congratulations to all those that competed in the Superfriends Games V, which was a great success. Each year this event keeps on getting better and better as we get worse and worse at sports! Congratulations to our co-Superfriends Cup winners, Kevin Huberty and Kevin Christian, to our Toaster of Shame II winner, Wade Valainis, our Pride and Joy winner Brian Christian, and our Clown Picture winner Kevin Grenda. We had several records set at this years games, with Barry Goldman doing 81 pushups, KC scoring 180 in passing efficiency, and Beau tying the home run derby record with 16 in a round. Congratulations also to our 5-year members who received commemorative 5 irons, which were Kevin Christian, Kevin Huberty, Beau Parenti, Bradick Young, Nate Inventor, Brian Christian, Mike Callan and John Kronforst. A special thanks to Moe for setting everything, there is no possible way we could have the Superfriends Games on a yearly basis without him organizing everything with it! Superfriends 12, Frozen Ropes 11 ---- Game Highlights ---- What a way to finish the A League, with a 3rd place finish. KC, Eric Goodman and Colin Kronforst each got 3 hits. A season high 11 players showed up to play also! Milestones: Eric Parenti drove in his 150th run.
