It's 8:45 pm Friday. Kathleen is resting in her bed at Mercy. The doctors have asked that we allow her plenty of time to sleep and rest over the next 48 hours. This is a critical stage in her recovery time and we want to make sure we take the appropriate steps toward a quick and complete recovery. We are not sure when she will be released from Mercy, but will post an update when we know.

We continue to ask for prayers, asking first for a quick and complete recovery for Kathleen. Second, pray that Kathleen's side effects will not include lymphedema which is a swelling disorder sometimes caused by by lymph node surgery. We also pray for strength and comfort for Kathleen and everyone who is thinking of her and praying for her.

We didn't get the news we wanted today, but we are very confident that Kathleen will get through this and be a stronger person because of it. We'll all be stronger! The support from all of you has been simply amazing. Thank you and please keep Kathleen in your prayers.
