    8. and in the severe cases that are the case with seaton house... loss of life

Pushy and abusive un and unprepared staff, ignorant to and/or in direct violation of the law with or without the intent to deprive residents of the necesites of life are doing that and commiting further crimes as well. Mistreatment is not the word, truly the contact is abusive and definable through proper use of the criminal code.

People, files, and house records attempt to record people as fed, clothed and as of having had a bed for the night when they recieved none of the required and suposedly offered amenities or services, certainly none meeting legal boundries. The unsanitary conditions caused many people to become very ill and I am sure that the medical bills to the country list these numbers as being unforgivably high in relation to this. there is no excuse permisable.

The fire code violations are unforgivable and I can not think of a person that I saw attempting to function as a proper employee that I would permit to hold any responsibility of that sort again. This is in reference to all the employees that i witnesed.
