To whom it may concern,

     I have tried for many years to get information regarding a large number of related crimes against my person. More importantly I have been trying to give statements and file charges against a number of people I concider dangerous. I am appalled at the lack of direction, and the criminal deterrence of myself from proper filing action. The lack of action against the people who have undeniably and knowingly commit these crimes blatently and openly without fear of prosecution is uncontionable.

     Many citizens have suffered whilst criminals were paid to oversee their lives, who were not properly monitored, and without proper consequence of their wronful acts. I am hustled out of the way whilst it happens again and again. The shock of learning that these crimes continue where they should have been halted, causes me to be ill. I have not stopped my attempts to bring the people responsible for these criminal acts to justice and in the last six months I've had only hours to myself apart from those task has required and have had my rights constantly and repeatedly abused due to the lack of proper action of paid persons of supposed authority.

     Please help me to understand how this activity can continue to be allowed to continue with the public resources that are available and the proffetionaly witnessed accounts of the acts at hand. There are permanent records in existance that cannot be questioned due to their authenticity. People just born that should not be violated as they are being violated right now but never would have been, if positions responcible for areas previously discussed had functioned properly and I had been treated with the proper respect and dignity all human beings are entitled to.

Where I was criminaly detered I should have been expressly helped to report, file, and charge those I speak of, and those connected to them. The improper handling of these maters has caused these crimes to spread, improperly monitored as false paper, witness, and action cripple our protective police force and the courts. With the information I have had in plain view in front of officials or in their hands, and additionaly, the actual wittnessing of these crimes by canadian officials, there is no excuse for this to continue, and it is clear that this should not have occured. It was their duty to handle these incidences properly, and they did not.

     I have made a request for information. I can easily show context, and what has occured, with the records that I am fully aware are in existance while easily pointing also to connecting areas. This information no one would have other than myself due to the inique set of curcumstances that I have encountered, however, there is a solid and admisable record of these events and many witnesses to testify, contributing many different viewpoints and angles.

Let us look properly into the handling of these important matters and see not only who is still out there commiting these crimes, but who is to blame for this, and how to prevent this from ever occuring again.
