While the straightenng and the repair of the front end was going on, I managed to get a Leon Cupra R front bumper. I got it straight from SEAT themselves.
Surprisingly the Leon is roughly the same width as the baby Beeza, so there was not a great deal of cutting involved to make it fit. The hardest bit was figuring out how to mount it to the car. I had the black plastic side sills, rear skirt on the bumper and door handels colour coded, along with the red reflective strip between the rear lights
I also got a new set of 18's for the car due to the damage caused in the accident. Choosing them was not easy. I decided to go for 7.5" wide instead of the 8" so the tyres would sit more square on the wheels instead of being stretched.
I went for the 18" Ace 157's, thier split rim and multi spoke design really appealed to me and I thought they would suit the new look. The latest additions to the car are three UV tubes mounted on the roof, for which I have received good comments from my fellow SEAT Enthusiasts on the forum.
So whats next?
