| I am what you would classify as a "teddy-bear" --- Muscular, leaning more towards a power-lifter than an "Arnold" type. I am very intelligent, have a great sense of humor, and try to make people laugh, even if I am poking fun at myself. I am faithful, loving, comassionate and very patient. I love those quiet moments by the fire with my lover or tandem skydiving -- If it looks fun and 2 people can do it together, COUNT ME IN. I give 110% to all my relationships, which has cost me dearly, in the past. Yet, if I had to do it all over again, I don't think I would change a thing..... I believe we are all the sum of each and every one of our life's experiences, whether they were GOOD or BAD, so I have tried to learn from every person I have been close to. You have to know true despair before you can know true happiness. At this point, I am not clear what the future has in store for me regarding a significant other. However, I am clear on one thing ~ Trust has to be STRONG at the base of any relationship that might be waiting for me out there. |

| The Traits I Look For In A Woman |
| My ideal woman cannot be described in short bursts of adjectives.... In other words, I don't have a "type" that I prefer to be with, Some traits I find attractive with one woman, I might find a turn-off with another woman, so I guess I seek a complimentary blending of certain traits which make up the whole woman as a person. I seek a woman who is intelligent (not necessarily only "book-smart"), compassionate, loving, faithful and un-apathetic. She has to be opinionated and be able to express herself with conviction, never swaying from what she believes to be the truth. She has to KNOW what her wants and needs are and how she plans on satisfying them. She has to be her OWN person, yet willing to be open to sharing all of her life's lessons with another when the time comes. |

| Shallow Thoughts (Or So It Seems) |
| Notice in the above paragraphs about traits I look for in a woman, that I didn't mention looks, appearance or sex? It's not because those things aren't important in some way or another, it's just that it doesn't fit neatly into a package. It's more of an abstract thing, presense or attitude. I prefer a woman that has a WOMAN'S FIGURE. Six-pack abs and "skinny-minis" don't do it for me. I have always been a "breast man" (however, small breasts are not a deal breaker) and there is something really sexy 'bout a nice 'big' butt on a woman. Could it be that I like to give'm a nice smack on occasion? Probably so. In all sincerity, I think a woman is her sexiest when she knows she is DESIRED in every way and you can see that fire in her eyes because of that knowledge. It's in the way she moves. I like for the woman I am with to be comfortable sexually or at least receptive to things that might be new to her regarding sex. I believe with REAL TRUST comes REAL INTIMACY and from that springs a certain playful almost naive approach to sex. I'm not into threesomes (although I have been involved in a couple) and open relationships are doomed to fail, so that's not what I'm after. When two people are in an intimate sexual relationship, a williingness to try things and experiment is there, but BOTH need to be comfortable with it. Exploring new ways to SATISFY the other person is important. I gave up on "jealousy" a long, long time ago. By definition, jealousy is not an emotion.... It is the rantings of the inner, immature child in an attempt to control the other person. Everyone had their own life, friends and so on prior to the relationship and I would expect for my mate to keep those things as they are. I don't expect for her to stop having the friends she had and I would hope that for her to have a "ladies night out" to be a common thing. Finally, I want an ADULT WOMAN emotionally, mentally and physically! I completely understand and HOPE that when a woman is around the same age as I am, that she would have had her SHARE of sexual partners in her past. With those partners comes a wealth of experiences for which I am very grateful as I hope she would be. As I stated earlier, we are the sum of ALL of our life's experiences. Let me put it this way, in an analogy: I would rather have 1 experienced woman than 100 virgins! And that is the truth. |
