An Cumann Craic
An Cumann Craic is an Irish Cultural Society that aims to promote the Irish Language not only as an academic subject but also as everyday spoken language among students.
This is done by organising social events from bowling nights to
Pub-Crawls at locations all around Ireland.

It is not necessary to be fluent in Irish to be admitted into this society, as people of all levels of ability are encourages to join. Even the most fluent of Irish speakers are sure to pick up various "nathanna cainte" from other members.

An Cumann Craic provides a friendly and informal environment where the use of the Irish language is widespread and where Irish is the main language of communication- thus strengthening the Irish speaking community on campus.
An Cumann Craic is a great way to meet new like-minded people, and make some great (if not a bid crazy) new friends!
