WESSEX, ENGLAND (Monday, September 30, 2002): The Office of His Grace, Robert Lancaster II, Duke of Wessex, has announced that His Grace, Robert Lancaster, and Her Grace, Stephanie Erin Lancaster, have resigned from the Board of Directors of Robert Lancaster Investment Enterprises, effective immediately.

His, Grace, as copyright holder of the name "Robert Lancaster Investment Enterprises," has withdrawn his permission for his name to be used in this regard, and the Company shall assume another name.  The Board of Directors agreed to this request by unanimous decision.

Both His Grace and the Board of Directors want to assure the public that their investments are perfectly secure, and that the Company is in good financial standing, and that all shall continue along normally as before.

All major enterprises undertaken by Robert Lancaster Investment Enterprises shall continue under the guise of the Company, however, at the request of His Grace, the investment in the enfranchisement of Jack Lynch Sports Pub and Grilles and the renovation of the Mid-South Wrestling Association shall continue under His Grace's personal own supervision.

His Grace has established a new organization, with one employee - himself.  Lancaster International shall be the public face of all of His Grace's interests and investments across the globe.

When asked why they chose to leave the Board of Directors and executive of RLIE, Her Grace cited a desire to concentrate on raising their son, as did His Grace.

His Grace also stated something rather cryptic: "Just watch me."
