Hmmm... Wow I was just thinking of what to write and then I remebered that near 12:30 last night Adam said, "Happy Tenth." Yay 10 months. Two more would be a year. It's too bad I'm moving. Let's see ok the other stuff I think about or did: Yesterday I ran around town trying to find birrthday presents! Four people I know were born this week - my mom, Jasleen, Lauren M., and Katie - just to let you all know -- I finally found the reason for this - Happy couples fornicate on New Years!! Yay so if you were born around Sept 1st -- guess when you were conceived!!! The other bad one is around Nov. 14th - yup Valentine's Day!! Hee hee! Ok enough of that. So I went to Linen's and Things, Target and Strouds-- I got Lauren a picture album and some cool blue and green bowls for dorm parties. I got Katie a rice paper moon lamp (same as mine) and a string of christmas tree lights covered in Moons, Stars, and Clouds (they were so cute I had to buy a set for myself :) )Then let's see my mom picked up my grandparents from the scottish games... I did.... I made sourdough bread!! Only it isn't really sour-- I'm re-souring the yeast as I had plenty of starter left over but i'm going to run out of flour anyday now-- I'm determined to get a really good bread out of this some how!!! At 6:00 I left for Jenny's. It was great to see them all again. We're figuring on next Friday to go test clubs in San Francisco - the one in San Ramon is campy, gross, and seedy, the one we know of in Palo Alto plays bad music... So we've got to check out and see if there are any for 18 year olds in SF... We hung out, talked, ate pizza, ice cream, and a great chocolate cake. Then Lauren and Katie opened their presents!! A pretty calm party, but it was fun- we were all a little tired. Then Katie headed back home to pack (she leaves today for St. Mary's) and Lauren came with Jenny, Kate, and I to go visit Band and Color Guard. I was so happy to see Adam there!!! I snuck up behind him and gave him a good push. So we direct our affection to a bit of violence? What else is new? :) He took me home... and oh by the way for the record, Jenny Ruedi and Lauren Medeiros have never bageled the Ping's to this date. We looked at his room-- pretty bare but not completely-- the old couch his mother is still saying she'll throw it is still in there. We went to Hacienda Crossings (damn Regal) to see Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - an excellent movie hillarious - so I didn't talk to Adam much that night - if the movie is boring we'll poke fun at it or leave to go hang out somewhere. We then drove around forr a while forgeting that my car was at Jenny's... When we turned on to Muirwood North there was a cop blocking the other side of the road - waiting for people to speed by on Foothill - don't they have anything better to do? We then drove back to my house - I gave him a piece of bread to taste - "It's kinda sour" Not really and it needs salt I think. He then wished me a happy tenth -something I had to smile at - still smiling at - gave me a kiss and left. I went to sleep woke up really late, dressed, ate breakfast, brushed teeth, tried to waive SHIP on UCLA health website, sent some emails, and typed this up. Eventful day isn't it?
