House of Prayer pastor, four members guilty of abusing children

ATLANTA, Georgia -- The Rev. Arthur Allen Jr. and four House of Prayer church members were found guilty Thursday of aggravated assault and cruelty to children for whipping two boys in front of the entire congregation.
