Polygamist officer's charges unsealed

ST. GEORGE -- Criminal charges filed in secret against a polygamous police officer were unsealed Monday. In a probable-cause statement the state attorney general filed under seal Thursday in 5th District Court, Rodney Holm is charged with three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old when he was more than 10 years older than her. He also is charged with one count of bigamy.
