Right off the bat we got to put the Rock Krawler suspension through it's paces.
We met Mike and his "Super Jeep" while we were on this run.  He and his spotter Mitch made the hardest trails look easy.  Throughout the day he came to many a wheelers rescue.
Team Land Rover kicked butt.  These guys ran a basically stock Land Rover all over the trails.  My respect for the Land Rover rose tremendously.
Ken was another great guy we met, he tackled the trail with a stock Rubicon.    These rigs are very capable right off the showroom floor.  Again I was very impressed with this latest offering from Jeep.
Norm was another seasoned wheeler that made it look easy in his CJ.   In the background our old buddy Don, from the Outer banks run, spots everyone through a tough part in the trail.
Gary and Eric watch as Ken gives it hell with his Rubicon.
The "Roja" struggles through the trail.  The Carolina mud and Open Differencials were a bad combination.
Mike in the "Super Jeep" makes short work of Kodak rock.
