Picnics are a GREAT chance to fellowship! Grilling outdoors and playing games together can really be a bonding experience, not only for your own church members, but for the others who you invite from other churches. An added benefit is that all the kids have plenty of room to run and get out all that
energy!!
Before The Feast Make a list of all the people that
are planning on attending from your church and delegate responsibilities such as: what food each will bring,who will be the volunteer "griller" etc. You'll only need a few things to get started on planning a succesful feast picnic.
At The Feast Check the schedule of events and the weather forecast to find the perfect day for your church cookout
Plan Games This should be very easy. Our church has used Horse Shoes for Adults and older children and Ring toss for kids
