There are two calendars open to public

1. [email protected]. - for you to mark your available date and time, e.g. some candidates would only see short case during their post-call half-day off.  On the other hand, some tutor is only available during office hour. It is easier to arrange if I know your timetable beforehand.

I will give you the password of this email after you have joined the study group. You might go to see short case with another candidate from another hospital of whom you don't know of. The contact mobile is accessible in the address book of this email.

All personal material will be deleted after each PACES.

Using the mrcp_2005 email and PIN, you could also mark down the tutorial yourself, on a first-come-first serve basis.  However only two candidates are allowed per session.  The third one on the list will be contacted and re-arrange to another slot.

To change the cuhk_med1994 calendar, please do the following steps :

1. log in yahoo mail as mrcp_2005 using the provided PIN
2. click on the calendar
3. click on the sharing (at the right upper corner)
4. scroll down to the bottom to see the option for calendar sharing
5. key in : cuhk_med1994 to the calendar you would like to see
6. click Go.

The calendar should be read like this :

On 2005/1/28 1400 the calendar has the following event : NDH Winnie Chan - PC, Veronica

It means Winnie will see short case with Dr. PC and Dr. Veronica in NDH on 2005/1/28 2pm

On 2005/7/30 1100 the calendar has the following event : NDH HY Kwan  - Winnie Sin, --

It means HY Kwan in NDH will only see short case with Winnie Sin, no more space will be available in this timeslot.

On 2005/8/2 1400 the calendar has the following event : AHNH-

 It means that tutor might be find to see short case with candidate if there is candidate available in this timeslot.

On 2005/9/19 11:00 Pak Shek BBQ

It means that nearly all the tutors have been invited to have BBQ that day in Pak Shek.  It is unlikely (though not impossible) that there will be bedside available in this nice PH.  Of course, you are welcomed to join this social event with us and have more fun.
