What cases have you seen during the exam?

- fibrosing alvelolitis, polycystic kidneys, subacute combined degeneration of cord, AS/AR/MR/TR,  acromegaly, hyperkeratosis, RA hands, laser scar in fundi
 
  What have you encounter in the history/ ethics/communication stage? 
- thyrotoxicosis in pregnancy
- aza+ allopurinol induced neutropenia with severe pnemonia, potential complaint case
 
 Which station was most difficult to you? 
-hx taking, cuz dont know the ddx/right tx for that case
 
I began the bedside tutorials shortly after Christmas.  Do all of you think I shoud begin earlier?
- It's about the right time
 
About what time you have begun short cases exercise in your own hospital? 
- mid Jan
 
Will you recommend your classmates or colleagues to join our cross-cluster study group for the coming PACES?
