| "Herp" is short for the scientific classification of reptiles. Herpeton is greek for "things that creep and crawl", although not something that makes you feel all fuzzy toward them, it fits with "her" better than "The Iguana Iguana and Her"! |
| Ever so quickly, the summer is winding down- school has already begun for some people, and the 2001 calendar grows thinner everyday. However, you can keep the summer spirit alive here at The Herp and Her! Party on with Bob the Great Green Iguana, and his human companion Raven, and you'll be sure to beat the Back-To-School Blues! |

I've been trying to get Bob to pose in a martini glass for "Pina-Colada Iguana"'s splash page, but I don't have a glass big enough! I'll find one though- I'll bet Flemmington's Outlets would have one!... now how soon can I get there? ^_^ |
| ::Updates from Bob:: 8/19/01- Ugh! Raven- take your camera somewhere else! I'm trying to catch some of these artifical rays! A little tan never hurt, did it? Hey- I am cold-blooded! Anyway, Raven's been the Human-Shredder today! She cleaned out an old box and ripped up 23 photos, 15 stories, 4 report-cards and 2 diary entries! I don't know what she did that for!... besides the fact that our room is like a five-pound sack and she has fifty pounds of potatoes in it... she coould have stuffed it under the bed like a normal homo-sapian! Humans... *sigh* Enjoy the new layout and visit back soon! They should be serving Kale-ka-bobs any minute! |
