The S Club 7 are in a van coming back from a performance on Live and Kicking. It's January 2001 and they're about to take a break to rehearse for their concert tour.

Ruth who travels with them it filling them in on whats going on. Ruth: Before we break for our well deserved week off we have to go meet Simon to discuss some things.

Paul: What kind of things?

Ruth: It will have to wait till we get there.

The S Club are walking through 19 management halls.

Jon: I wonder whats going on? Last time we got called in to a meeting was to discuss the whole 24 mumbo jumbo.

Tina: I know that was so blown out of proportion.

Hannah: Maybe the fans have found another rule we did not know about?

They walk in and are greeted by Simon Fuller.

Simon: Sit down guys we've got some impportant things to discuss. As you know I've been wanting to make some minor changes within the band since we have had our 2 year anniversary. I've finally came up with what would make you guys 100 times mare than you are now. A new member.

Jo: Really? Are we that bad?

Simon: No no no Jo. You guys are fab bit I just think we could improve our audience a bit if we broaden the band by one member. You guys will be there every step of the way picking and choosing and finally making the final choice.

Jon: Well I think I speak for all of us when I say it will be hard since it's only been the 7 of us for 2, almost 3 years. But if it's good for the band I think we will be able to make that sacrifice.

Simon: Are you all sure?

All: Ya!

Simon: Great. We might not even find anyone. It's not definate so won't worry about it too much. We'll start auditions next week after your well deserved break. So have a nice week. Enjoy it and see you next Monday!
