At the SOFT conference auction there was a special bear called Hope. This bear belonged to a very good friend Paige Barton. Paige took Hope to hospital and it was with her when she gained her angel wings. Dixie, Paige's carer, bought Hope to conference to be auctioned. The members of the Trisomy list family decided that this would be an excellent gift for Karen our 'list Mum' and very good friend of Paige. This page shows her reaction to the bear and the T-shirt that we all signed. |

Update 7th April 2005!! List Mum from the UK Mandy comes to Australia. Today we went on a dolphin cruise Karen, Alex Mandy and me ;O) here are a couple of pics. |

Even though the weather was a tad doubtful (showers of rain) we had a lovely cruise and saw heaps of dolphins I didn't manage to get a photo they are very elusive but I think Mandy got some and some video. Alex tried to con Karen into taking him fishing but the day had got away with us. We had some lunch and then Mandy, Alfie, Karen and Alex came back to the farm for a cup of tea. It was a lovely day. |
