                                        1992 Dodge 2x4 to a 4x4

THIS was  a 1992 Dodge D250 LE Cummins  converted to a W350 4X4

   The  front end is a Dana 60 completely rebuilt new bearings & seals, new balljoints, new 4;56
gears,  new Detroit locker,  new rotors & calipers,  New Mile marker stainless steel hubs, new Skyjacker 6" softride springs, new Skyjacker dual steering stablilzer shocks, new skyjacker Nitro shocks (2 per wheel), custom made steering shaft with servicable U joints on both ends, Adjustable drag link, drop pitman arm, Custom made long spline heavy duty high angle C/V joint driveshaft.

   The rear end is a Dana 70 with a power lok and new 4;56 gears, new bearings & seals, Custom made traction bars with chrome moly hiem joints on both ends and chrome moly tubing,  6" Skyjacker softride springs, dual Skyjacker Nitro shocks per wheel,  air bags (for towing not lift), Custom made hevy duty one piece driveshaft 4" tube.

   The transfercase is a New process 205 gear driven was inspected and resealed.

   The engine is a Cummins 6BT it has a polished aluminum PDR super turbo with 14cm exhaust housing, Lucas injectors (POD) prince of darkness, Pump tuned, BIG air filter custom made mount (old smoky),  Lots of power and torque .  4 inch exhaust, no muffler.

   The transmission is a 46RH (518) automatic 4 speed with overdrive with superduty transmission cooler under the bed of truck with built in fan another cooler in front of radiator with hy-tec deep trans pan.

   The cab was cleaned and firewall and underneath was painted brilliant blue metallic.The bed was cleaned and painted underneath brilliant blue metallic. Front clip was cleaned and painted inside fenders under hood, wheel wells inside (not outside) all brilliant blue metallic.

   The  Frame was cleaned and 2wheel drive components were removed.  4wheel drive componets were installed using all original equiptment parts. 3"subframe was custom made for front of the frame, 3" custom body lift was installed.The body lift bolts both directions so there is no movement. Custom Bumper brackets were made to bring back to original position.

   The  body was stripped and repainted original colors with  Dupont paint, the good stuff. Interior has factory bucket seats & console in front with fold down jump seats in the back. Has Autometer ultralite pryometer & boost gauges pillar mounted. Westach transmission temp gauge top of the line Kenwood stereo MP3  CD,  Infinity Kappa 6x9's, Infinity baselink subwoofer, Keyless entry, complete  alarm system.
  
   The rims are polished aluminum Weld roadhawk 16.5x14  with Weld polished aluminum center caps. Tires are 18.5/39.5/16.5 Super swamper boggers.

   The truck has LE package power steering, power brakes, cruise control, Air conditioning, power mirrors tilt wheel ,slider rear window, power windows, power locks.
