Lucas Terriers In USA

In 1995 Marie Taaffe imported a white and tan Lucas terrier called Skipper from the UK to Midway, Kentucky. In 1997 he sired a litter of 3 bitches - Busby, Nikki and Opal. Then in 1998 Marie imported a tan Lucas terrier bitch called Bliss from Cathy Thomas in Wales. On May 29th 2000 Bliss produced 5 puppies, sired by Skipper. There was one dog, Mic, and four bitches, Ditto, Cider, Apple Blossom and Yellow Bellflower. Mic, Yellow Bellflower and Apple Blossom are tan like mum and Cider and Ditto, like dad, are white and tan.
