Lucas Terrier Scrapbook

Howard's Slip was bred by Mrs Diana Howard and born on 27th July 1979. Slip was the first Lucas Terrier registered by the Lucas Terrier Club. Her sire was the tan Lucas terrier Plummer's Johnnie, and dam was the Sealyham bitch Ilmer Philabel.

Slip, on the right, sitting on her mum, the Hon. Mrs Annabel Whitehead's, knee at one of the first Lucas Terrier Club shows. Judging by that enormous yawn she is thorougly bored by the proceedings. On the left is Mr 'Topher Whitehead and their white and tan bitch, Wallwork's Flurry. Flurry's sire and dam were both Lucas terriers - Fielder's Polo x Irwin's Muffin.
