GRADUATION - June 12. Nelson will head a planning committee. Other committee members are Joe S., Steve and Rey.
PACK FAMILY CAMPOUT - May 21-23 at the Sycamore Canyon, Point Mugu. Menu: Saturday Breakfast - pancakes, sausage, orange juice. Saturday Lunch - cold cuts, chips, cup-o-soup. Saturday Dinner - barbecue (meat, chicken or pork -TBD), corn on the husk, beans, punch, hot cocoa, dutch oven desert. Sunday Breakfast - sausage burrito, eggs, orange juice. More info to follow.

ROUND TABLE MEETING - April 14th. Meeting place is at the Cerritos LDS Stake Center, 16115 Studebaker Road, Cerritos, (one block south of Alondra Blvd.). Assembly starts at 7 p.m.
CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP '99 - This year's theme is "Flying Into the 21st Century". It will be held on August 2-6 at the Shoshonean Campground on Hoxie Avenue, Norwalk. Register early to get the discounted price.
SPRING CAMP-O-REE - The next Camporee is on April 30th through May 2nd at the Firestone Scout Reservation in Brea. The theme is "The Civil War". See Nelson for more information.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
FOSSIL DIGGING at the RALPH B. CLARK REGIONAL PARK - 8800 Rosecrans Ave., Buena Park, (714) 670-8052. The Park will have a Family Day (Open to the Public) on May 15th, Saturday at 9:30 am. Admission is FREE. There is a Park Parking fee of $4 per vehicle. The Fossil Digging Program is a 3-hour program led by a paleontologist.
CITY OF NORWALK SMALL FRY & YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUES - Sign-up now before time runs out! The Small Fry and Youth Soccer games are soon to begin. Sign-up is on-going. For information and registration, contact the Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex.
NORWALK GOLF CENTER JUNIOR CLUB AND TOURNAMENTS - Fore! Is your youth Interested in Golfing? The Norwalk Golf Center (NGC) is accepting applications for the NGC Junior Club. Here's a chance to have fun and learn the game of golf at the same time. As a Junior Club member, special rates apply to practice balls and green fees. There will be prizes and fun. Membership fee is $10 per year. There are also tournaments for the kids available, at a tournament cost of $10 per Junior Club member per tournament. Divisions: 11 and under (best ball format), 12-14 (stroke) and 15-17 (stroke). MINUTES OF THE PARENTS' MEETING - APRIL 1st
Pack Fishing Outing - Flyer given out at the Pack Meeting on March 30th. Pack will collect money for the fishing trip at the April 13th den meeting. Den Leaders are to call their den parents to inform them. Bring food to the fishing trip. Each den will plan their own food. Pack will have a fishing workshop at the Den meetings on April 13th.
Killer Bee Presentation - Originally planned for April 13th is CANCELLED.
Spaghetti Dinner - Each Cub Scout family is to donate bread and lettuce (or a bag of mixed salad green). Bring it on April 25th. Cub Scouts will sell Spaghetti Dinner tickets after the 9:30 mass on April 25th, which is also a Scout Sunday mass. Each family is to sell 10 tickets. Turn in all Spaghetti Dinner money to Bobby.
Webelos II will continue to visit other Troops.
The Webelos from another Pack will be visiting our Pack on April 13th.
