Pack 285 Leadership,
All new and current Pack 285 leaders should read this and respond to Jim Fox at
[email protected].
First of all thanks for volunteering your time to Pack 285, without you the
Pack would not function. I am the Pack 285 trainer and need
information from you about any training you have taken in the past so I can
update the Pack 285 records. If you have not taken any training yet do
not worry about it I will provide you information about taking training
below. Cub Scout leaders are considered trained when they have completed
New Leader Essentials and the Cub Scout Leader Specific training for their
position. Webelos leaders are also encouraged to attend their appropriate
outdoors course. So if you have taken any of this training please let me
know and what date the training was completed
Leaders that have not been trained yet
First off,
training is an essential part of a successful cub scout Pack. Getting
trained is not very difficult and some can be done in the comfort of your own
home.
To sign up
for training please contact Michael Elmore [email protected] as indicated
on the district Training Calendar above.
All training received should be sent to me after you have completed the
training so I can update the Pack records. If you incur any fees for
training please keep all receipts and submit to the Pack 285 treasurer for
reimbursement.
