| USS Hornet Sleepover If you ever get the chance to board the USS Hornet in Alameda, we highly suggest the visit and the sleepover aboard the ship. All the Scouts and their parents had a great time experiencing life on the aircraft carrier. We were able to tour the ship and see the flight deck in the Conning Tower, the Special Weapons Room, the Catapult Room, the Brig and dine in the mess hall. It was a lot of fun! |
