Please complete the following automobile insurance information for use in completing a Tour Permit. All vehicles used in a den activity must be covered by a public liability and property damage liability insurance policy. The amount of this coverage must meet or exceed the insurance requirement of the state in which the vehicle is licensed. (It is recommended, however, that coverage limits are at least $50,000/$100,000/$50,000).

To make the Webelos program the most beneficial to the boys, there are several activities, due to the special skills needed, that I would like assistance when presenting the information and conducting the required den activities. This assistance may relate to your or your son’s current interests/skills, those of a family member or friend or just be activities that you assume responsibility for researching and/or contacting outside parties to either meet with us, or have the den visit. I would like each family to select a minimum of two (2) activities that over the next 20 months they will coordinate. Please note below which activities you would be interested in coordinating:
ENGINEER: Electrical circuits, construction sites/plans, making a block & tackle, building a catapult.
SCIENTIST: Bernoulli’s Principle, Pascal’s Law, Newton’s Law of Motion, inertia atmospheric/air/water pressure.
CRAFTSMAN: Using hand tools & constructing items.
GEOLOGIST: Rocks and minerals.
READYMAN: First Aid & Safety.
AQUANAUT: swimming skills and water safety.
OUTDOORSMAN: Group camping events.
If there are other activities in the Webelos Book or under the Sports and Academics Program (belt loops and pins) that you are interested in, possess a special skill or know of someone who can assist, let me know. I want to make the program as meaningful as possible for the boys.
Thank you!!
