27th- Super Popcorn Saturday! 11 AM- Pick-up order forms. Be back at the church NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM for your chance to win a GL-X200 ground launch rocket!

10th- Pack Olympics begin at 10 AM at Eisenhower School. Events will include: 1/4 mile run, sit-ups, shuttle run, softball throw, 50 yd dash, & standing long jump. Each Scout will compete against boys from his own rank (Tigers will only compete against Tigers, Wolves only against Wolves, etc...). The winner from each rank will advance to the Council Olympics.
18th- Committee Meeting at 4:30 PM
21st- Fossil Hunt- Held at Rainbow Scout Reservation (2600 N Winterbottom Rd, Morris). Cost: $10 per Scout (this includes a fossil kit), $5.00 for adults.
25th- Council Olympics begin at 10:30 AM at Plainfield South High School. Only the winners from each rank at our Pack Olympics may compete, but all Scouts are invited to cheer on the boys representing our Pack!
29th- Pack Night & Raingutter Regatta- Begins at 6:00 PM. All boats must be made from the official BSA Raingutter Regatta kit & the sail must be attached to the mast and the mast ONLY! The sail cannot be attached to or touching the hull or any other part of the boat- follow the directions that come with the kit and you'll be fine! Kits can be purchased down at Council (2600 N Winterbottom Rd in Morris) or at Chalkboard (on Plainfield Road next to Crow's Nest).

1st- OA's Colorwalk from 8 AM-2 PM at Channahon State Park and McKinley Woods (From I55- take the Rt 6 exit- West of Rt. 6 to Canal St., Left on Canal St. to Story St., Right on Story into the park). Camping is available by contacting the park- 467-4271.
2nd- Committee Meeting at 4:30 PM
12th- All popcorn orders and money due. All checks should be made payable to Cub Pack 140 and have the Scout's name on the memo line. Someone will be at the church from 6-6:30 PM collecting your orders. If you have any questions about the sale, contact your Popcorn chairperson (see you Popcorn Sale Info Sheet)
27th- Pack Night & Halloween Party- 7 PM
