BSA REGISTRATION AND
TRAINING
REQUIREMENTS
All Adult Volunteers are classified into one
of the
following categories:
| Administration |
Adults who
plan and manage Day Camp Infrastructure (Camp
Director, Jr.
Camper Director, Cubmaster, Nurse, Registrars,
etc...).
Must be a 5-Day Volunteer. |
| Station
Managers |
Adults that
plan, manage and run the individual stations at camp
(BBs,
Science, Archery, Arts & Crafts,
etc=85).
Must be a
5-Day Volunteer. |
| 5 Day Den
Leaders |
Designated
adults in charge of each den of 9 - 11 boys. There
must
be one 5 Day Den Leader for each Den. There are
expected to be
36 Dens during Day Camp.
Must be a 5-Day
Volunteer. |
| Station
Volunteers |
Adult
volunteers that help Station Managers run each
Station.
May be a 3, 4, or 5-Day
Volunteer. |
| Den Volunteers |
Volunteer
helpers for the 5 Day Den Leaders. They will assist
the 5 Day
Den Leaders in managing the den and Scouts.
May
be a 2,
3, 4 or 5-Day Volunteer. |
| Visitors |
One Day
Volunteers are classified as visitors. Must sign
in at the
Administration Desk upon arrival in camp.
