Press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+C at the same time and the Cheat box will open. Type "I am weak" in the cheat box and everything will be for free. Except demolition buildings and stuff costs money still. But its not that much money so dont worry.
All Power Plants AVAILABLE no matter what year.
Press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+C at the same time and the Cheat box will open. Type "Power to the masses" in the cheat box and all the Power Plants will be available no matter what year it is because after a sertan amount of years you get a new power plant. You probley already know that but for people that dont its there. HA HA!
