The Passion Opens
The Passion of the Christ opened to record box office success. In it's first week, it took in about 150 million dollars just from ticket sales. At the time that this article is written, the movie has been out for nearly four weeks and has grossed about 295 million dollars.

But the only movie, thusfar to topple the box office king was Dawn of the Dead. Of all movies! The slogan for this film is: "When there's no more room in hell, they come to Earth." What kind of movie is that?

But in other news, the Passion surpassed the Sixth Sense as the eighteenth highest grossing movie of all time.
