Mario Kart Double Dash - (Gamecube, Nintendo) 9. Mother 1+2 - (GBA, Nintendo) Biohazard 4 is Resident Evil 4 for all you American folk, and Mother 1+2 is also known as Earthbound, a very popular and very good SNES game. In other news, the game Gladiator has gotten the axe. It seems it will not be releasing on the PS2 either, so now it must be an Xbox exclusive. Wonder if Big Bill's bills had anything to do with this? Anyway, the people developing Sphinx, a new third person adventure game, are calling it a Zelda killer. I don't think that will happen anytime soon, but the game does seem to be coming along nicely. Activision 02 is revamping the Hawk franchise. Out with Pro Skater, now it's called Tony Hawk Underground. You create your character and move through the ranks of street boarding, create tricks, drive cars around, participate in other sporting events, and even put your face in the game on your character. At least on the PS2 and GBA, it's unclear as to whether or not this will happen on the Cube. Konami of Japan is letting visitors to their site fill out a dog tag with their personal info. A few lucky winners will get their dog tags in the final version of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. Click here to sign up! Metallica's new "St. Anger" cd will feature a sneak peek at their upcoming video game. No one knows what kind of game it is, or what platform(s) it will be releasing on. A new Splinter Cell has been announce, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. It will have multiplayer levels, no word yet on which consoles though. |
