Zelda Pre-order

Nintendo has announced that 250,000 people have pre-ordered their newest first-party game, The Legend of Zelda-The Wind Waker, which debuts March 23 exclusively on the Nintendo Gamecube. This ensures success by the sheer amount of people that have already pre-ordered the game. But what makes this even more amazing is Nintendo hasn't even yet begun officially campaigning the new Zelda game. This gives you an idea of how popular the Zelda series is. Also, as an added bonus for pre-ordering, Nintendo is giving a bonus disk with Ocarina of Time and the reworked version of that for the 64DD, Master Quest, as well as other bonus features on the disk for the upcoming Wind Waker. So for pre-ordering you get a free disc with two games on it, one of them never released in the U.S., Master Quest. Master Quest is the reworked version of Ocarina of Time. It has new mini-games that give you rewards, as well as having the dungeons completely redone with new and harder puzzles. Originall it was released in Japan for the 64DD, an add-on to the Nintendo 64 that allowed more storage space and add-ins for games. Ultimately the DD was a failure, as most add ons are, but Master Quest was one of the results of this endeavor, which is very pleasing for us now. Hopefully this disc will tide you over until The Wind Waker is released.
