| The "establishment" of a civilization in Egypt was kind of late compared to other civilizations. But, also compared to it's counterparts, it was the most durable. Egypt survived for over 3,000 years. The Naqada II period involved the growth and development of this properous and unified culture with political power and consolidated in towns. By the late Predynastic Period, the southern kingdom's cultural penetration of Lower Egypt would be followed by a political takeover of the north. |
