| Blinx XBOX fastkilr medium difficulty also on:none 1player XBOX 2002 PLATFORMER OF THE YEAR-CUBE HAVEN Doing what tbe GCN and PS2 couldn't , Microsoft showed off with the first 4D-3D game, ever. Blinx reacts with the harddrive, enabling you to screw with time. Adding to the ever growing number of reasons to get an Xbox recently. Blinx busts out some awesome platforming action. Blinx is a lucky one. It came in a time of an Xbox drought in which Vice City, Mario Sunshine, and Tony Hawk 4 ruled. If you can't look through a few flaws then you don't deserve Blinx. The backgrounds are lame and make the levels look SO tiny, well, they are. The puzzles are very odd but there is a wide variety of strategic planning and conserving things. The game is much too...plain and straight foward. At first when I had been looking at the beggining sketchs I had just finished playing Luigi's Mansion. I was quite dissapointed to see what could be the best platformer ever turned into a copy-cat (pun intended). However, I was SO wrong. Blinx rules! As you progress, however, you can buy items and other cool stuff but the game kinda gets repetitive. Blinx is an odd experience and I'm sure you will love it! 9.0 AWESOME Final Word: Fastkilr says it reminds him too much of LM and all Nintendo has already accomplished. |
