Wilkomen, Bienvenu, Welcome... to my Website: Version 3.0

The following is a sort of composite of Lauraness. A frightening thought in itself, I know. But the fun just starts there. This site is also a tribute to friends, thoughts, places, and experiences. So, while thou art wandering through the nooks and crannies of the virtual wonderland, you might come across poetry, rants, CTY references (the original purpose of this site), quotes (the primary current purpose of this site), small fluffy creatures, who knows. As of 10/15/05, I've added a blog. We'll see how that goes. I'm just relying on extemporanea right now, so bear with me. I'm also much too lazy to update often, so you'll have to forgive me for that as well. So enjoy, and kind of tilt your head sideways. Things always look more interesting that way. And feel free to leave a message in my guestbook or email me at [email protected]. Peace, love, and chocolate... ---Laura Sophie Hirschberg, novice website designer P.S. The quotes section really is quite extensive and nifty. Definitely check it out.
CTY-Home Away From Home So CTY...where do I begin? An important part of my life. Majorly responsible for my anti-social to relatively social evolution. Common ground for geeks, nerds, whatever you'd like to call us. But so much more. If you want the uptight, administration point of view, you can check out the official CTY site: http://www.jhu.edu/~gifted/ But, if you want the opinions of a true "soul CTYer" (as my friend Sarah House put it), click here to Enter the CTY Tribute Section.
Who am I? A very philosophical question, I know. I'm 18. A former Hackley student. Soon to be a Harvard student. A CTYer. A Passionfruit Empress. A techie. An amateur playwright. A theatre fanatic. A voracious reader. A would-be historian. A friend to an interesting, pleasantly peculiar group of people. A redhead. A member of the McJeebus clan. A nice Jewish girl with a mean sarcastic streak. A musician of sorts. Someone born in the wrong decade. Lady Tech, Duchess of Bearclaw, Admiral of the Fleet. Rosencrantz? Guildenstern?

A New Thingy--as of 10/15/05--A Harvard Exploits Blog If anyone is particularly interested in what I'm up to, I suppose you could check this if my answers in personal conversations don't suffice...Really, this is just a way for me to keep track of what I'm doing.
My photos and bouncing rhinos have gone the way of the dodo...but fear not. Perhaps I'll do something spectacular with the newly freed up space.
