INTRODUCTION
It's a only small part of embroidery machine. But, it has very beautiful & precise function which are you may dream about... Like ....
In common way, when we think about sequin and sequin embroidery work, we do care for several things very seriously.
- Missing the sequins on the embroidery.
We do have auto-mend function same as embroidery machine does.
- Remained spangle after trimming, ending of work, stop the machine, and after color change
It has been programmed the remained spangle feeding back automatically. But, some embroidery machine has still remained after so on... then you can press the Back button to feed the remained spangle back from any head's controller. Then, all the head's remained spangle will be back by one step by pressing the back button.
- Cutting shape/size - shorter or longer than what suppose to be
We have found out the sequin (material) quality is not same.
Some are thicker/thinner (0.15 to 0.2mm)
Some are shorter/longer (4.9mm to 5.1mm...)
Our sequin device can be adjusted
Sequin unit body to the needle base: X, Y, Z axes (0.1mm to 20mm)
Sequin unit knife base guide bracket: width/height (0.01mm to 2mm)
- Speed
Some other sequin devices operate by solenoid, which can do maximum 400RPM. We do upto 2,000RPM as far as the embroidery machine speed, we do same speed.
So, let's talk about stepping motor operation.
We use micro stepping motor which are 1,600pulse. Tajima, Barudan, ZSK and SWF and any Chinese are using 400pulse only.
MICRO STEP means...
Micro stepping is a relatively new stepper motor technology that controls the current in the motor winding to a degree that further subdivides the number of positions between poles.
Micro stepping is typically used in applications that require accurate positioning and a fine resolution over a wide range of speeds.
At slow shaft speeds, our stepping motor can produces high resolution micro step positioning for silent, resonance-free operation. As shaft speed increases, the output step resolution is expanded using "on-motor-pole" synchronization. At the completion of a coarse index, the target micro position is trimmed to 1/100 of a (command) step to achieve and maintain precise positioning.
- Origin reset
During the work, if some problem happened, you can reset the origin individually. Just press the reset button on the controller.
- Electric power off
Yes, it could be happen any time. But, don't worry.
When the electric power on again, it goes back to the working point automatically.
- Over duty to the main embroidery machine
Our sequin device is the lightest weight and smooth operating by micro stepping motor.
- Controller system
The most of sequin device for the used embroidery machine, has to connect to the main CPU of the embroidery machine to receive the sequin signal. But, we do not touch the main CPU at all. We do receive the sequin signal from the punching data no matter what punching program. Our sequin device is built in the controller/driver itself. The price for the controller/driver is included at unit price of it.

1. Auto-mend function
We might be only have in the world.
When the spangle missing by thread cutting, you can modify it same as embroidery machine does. You only need to operate the toggle function of embroidery machine which are located at the embroidery head each mostly. Then, our sequin device work only that head and others are stopped same as other head's embroidery work stopped. When the auto-mend start point comes, our sequin device start all together. Your headache is over to do amending by manually.
2. Auto Feedback function
When the sequin works finished, the most of sequin device except ours have the remain sequin at the knife base 1 or 2 like that. But, our sequin device is just finished even. No remaining spangle at the end after finished work.
3. Auto Forwarding function
It gives you easy work to set the spangle.
When you set the spangle through the roller, you can just press the FOR BUTTON at the individual controller. The sequin will forward through all the tunnel of the process step.
4. Wider/Longer Space benefit
Full size of the sequin work/embroidery space as same as table size given. It serves you 8cm to 10cm longer sequin work space depends on the embroidery machine brand than others.
5. Auto/Manual lifting system
When the thread cutting comes/color change/ending of work, it's lifting by Air system automatically. When you want to reset the sequin wheel individually in case, you can just press the UP/DOWN BUTTON at the individual controller simply.
6. Two sequin device for one head
With one controller/driver, you can operate 2 sequin device at one head. Plus, you can attach it to any side of needle base. i.e., Left/Right beside or Left/Right front side.
You can choose it and mix it also for multi head embroidery machine. You have more various choice of color/size/ design by two sequin device instead of one.
7. High speed upto 2000rpm.....

8. Individual Controller/Driver built in...
We don't touch the main CPU of the embroidery machine.
So, it's the most suitable sequin device to attach at any brands' embroidery machine.
We only need to know the head interval of the machine for the harness. All the harness work is also easy so that every lines are made of different connector shape. So, it just plugs in with the same shape of connector only. You can see the sequins clearly through the specially made of acrylic cover of the sequin knife base. You can use normal spangle - 100% polyester 150 micron film. The standard sequin size is 5mm. No matter about the shapes of sequin. Additionally, you can have 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 7mm as extra option. To change the size of sequin, you can have the extra part at US$200.00 per unit only. Changing the extra part, it needed 5minutes per unit.
It's only need a power supply (24V) additionally to make the sequin work separately to avoid causing problem with main CPU of the machine One power supply (24V, 30A)can cover 20units of sequin devices.
