i've forwarded a copy of the below MSN promo advertisement to secure a FREE email account newly opened, "[email protected]".

taking notice of the last line of the copied promo, you will see that the fee to "secure" is only $19.95 PER YEAR!

who would refuse? I've opened numberous free emails and must have subscribed to this annual security, but they have not charged me only $19.95 per year, but the normal MSN ISP subscribtion which explains the exorbitant and outrageous charges they are claiming against me through Dunn & Bradstreet collection agency.

i have spoken with them over the phone and they hung up on me. these representatives of MSN support staff are quite ridiculous to say the least!

let me now summarize the problems i now have laying the fault of these problems described in para (2) above but not to place sole blame:

1- all credit card accounts have been "suspended". (they are being declined at the register.)

3- locked out of my earthlink and aol ISP subscription accounts & and domain www.ctsaffiliateprograms.com unsuitably hosted

4- www.ctsaffiliateprograms.com is near becoming disfunctional; and did not receive last month's and this month's bill as previously received via the post office

5- my "retirement" monies have decreased to approximately negative $400 per month again, which puts this past years decrease to nearly 1/2 of what i should be receiving

6- bank statements contain erroneous data and unauthorized transactions

7- my personal (hard copy) container & files here in my room have been tampered with

8- i am unable to make long distance calls

9- i believe calls are being blocked from my phone

10- i believe emails are being blocked from my boxes

11- email decoding is being set against my "send" emails resulting in a composition of nonsensical material. (i have a habit of randomly sending myself a blind copy of emails and yesterday i received one which was total garbage.)

12- my ISP connection has slowed down about 10 times or more of its normal speed

13- words change in my emails as i compose sometimes i stop and change them but not always due to the time consumption -- sometimes 30 minutes for a short email (less in mass than this one) therefore, i am not consistent with my edits. i get just plain sick and tired of it and "send" with a "good luck!".

14- and i'm certain there are other problems not listed here but do exist.

I believe msn support staff needs to taught a lesson they'll never forget and one which will put them where they will not have the opportunity to ever affend again!
