Subject: Dois is planning to go to Waterwood today. Please stop him ...

Once again I write to you in request for help in stopping crime before it happens. Since Sept of 1992 when Dois & Yong told me to leave 624 Manning Drive in Copperas Cove, TX on the grounds that I was lazy and didn't work I was told to get out. (I was recouping from an auto accident, still am I guess.)

Anyhow, in the late 1960's I gained much assets one of which was Waterwood Developments located at Priest Road & I37, Bexar County, approximately 30 miles south of San Antonio. Due to my age, care of this property was given to Dois's family to take care of and manage. Due to their negligence, ill mannerisms, and never revealing the paperwork to me, the Development was marked as abandoned and homesteading was allowed.

In spring of 1998 while living on Villiage Lawn in San Antontio, renting through Bradfield Properties, I saw an ad in the paper which took me to Waterwood soon after. I found out then some history of Waterwood the past 30 years or so and that the land was mine.

Taking this as a great streak of luck, I proposed a plan to the Waterwood Salesman about bringing in the "free" criminals who had bothered me the past 10 years and they agreed. My proposal was that all who I called 911 on, their victims, and anyone who wanted to partake in ending these "free" criminals' crime spree should be invited as guest to live at my expense. (I also found out I had a little money, but later found just how much I was losing.) The "free" criminals were to be placed around my residence at 22915 Skila Drive and all allowed to "live as they pleased" and be allowed to "do their will" but told not to break any laws. Another condition was for them to allow freedom to the animals of the land and air and all pets as well, following the guidelines of the county not the city and Elmendorf fire and police were to be contracted for assistance when needed and play the role of "watchers in the rye"..

The development agents agreed and the land soon filled. Nothing went right from the start. All agreements to my proposal were over looked and crimes from tresspassing to murder destroyed any good there may have been. (Animals were losing their tails and men were losing their limbs!) When police were called they laughed and criminal activities rose. In fact, there were two sherrifs in particular who especially enjoyed the "freedom of the country" and brought victims to the land to "beat up"!

Although I specifically requested no uniformed police be on guard, I did request special security, and security services which I knew would be desperately needed. Security was to keep watch, listen, and stop any crimes prior to them happening, and at the very least, "beat" the criminals to the scene and take the potential victims out of harms way. None of this was done and to the best of my knowledge and experience from what happend the 3 years I was there, no security was provided with the exception of the 1 grounds' security who was assaulted and removed soon after my settlement. The development knew but remained adament in not providing the needed forces to contain the criminals' activities.

There is much more I need to say in order to clear my history of bad recollections of Waterwood, but must add at a later time.

Today, I will focus on the "Subject", one of the major offenders is Dois D. Webb, who since I've known him has stolen nearly every cent of my money in wages, savings, and wins; who has conspired with family members and hired help to destroy Waterwood specifically 22915 Skila Drive going so far as to hire the "cuban" family to set my home a blaze in August of 2000; who has slashed my face leaving me vision in one eye; who has assaulted my face time after time nearly "caving in" the right side of my face; who has raped me when I was in Junior High School; who has slandered me since his first assault with his knife; who has stalked and hired stalkers to make sure I would not succeed in any endeavors; who has killed, maimed and hired to do the same to my pets, loved ones, and friends; who has throughout the years proven to be incompetent driven by the need to see destruction through his purverse sadist acts.

I have asked this un-Godly creature to stay away from my property to include land, animals, and money, but he refuses; and what is allowing him to continue to show his disillusioned perception by committing repeated acts through mental illness are the members of the law enforcement communities.

I desperately need to have him, Yong Hwa, their families and conspirators "off of me". It is I who they have been after and they will not cease until they have gained total control of my life and assets, and as history has shown, to exploit only to destruction.

I am told he is going to 22915 Skila Drive today to do some yard work and I need him stopped! I do not want him near my lands and he should be arrested if he comes near the properties today and any other day and time. He is insane and I neither need nor want him!

My desire for Waterwood, as I've spoken to the sales' men of, is as i've also stated previously in the emails. The nature's and the civilized residents of the development must be able to control their property as they will within the bounds of the US Constitution. If they want tall grass and 50 cats and dogs or more and any other animal, it's their choice and should have the right to exercise this Constitution.

Neither the development personnel, the development by-laws and especially nor Dois D. & Yong H. Webb should be allowed to deprive anyone, animals inclusive!

I want my pets alive and I want tall grass and I want the water to flow!
