tonight as i was doing my thing on the Internet Appliance, i heard the door bell ring (usually don't). so i stopped to see who it was. someone in the neighborhood had called the Pflugerville Police on me and they said i had put out my smoker or the fire department would because it was against the city ordinance.

i tend to burn ruffages off the yard as well as the day's bedroom trash because it "cools & cleans" the air out back. also, it keeps my refuge out of the hands of the neighborhood "trash" thief; and the smoke rids the air and yard of menace.

i soon called the fire department and asked why it was unlawful to smoke ceramic smokers (approx. $80 at Lowe's) when it was alright to burn in fireplace in home. i didn't wait for an answer but ended the call with, "i feel i'm being harrassed by the Pflugerville Police Department, some idiot neighbors, and you and i'm going to turn in everyone of you M----- F------!"

today, the girl from across the street came and left the "Saxony" newsletter. all was quite and my pets and yard life were fine untill then. after retrieving my dogs from the yard as usual, i noticed the white one was limping again. when dois & yong are here, on the usual, one of them assaults my pets and today, it looks as though they've put the "idiot" neighbor up to it during their abscenc.

i know my constitutional rights have always been violated but i truely feel it's toll.

i like to see my rights reinstated, the hypocracy of the city ordinances banned, and the idiots with thier conspirators/leaders, etc., made to pay for causing pain, injury, mental anquish, etc., and put away where there won't even be the remotest possiblity of them ever being "out and about" again!
