Fair Play

there's been alot of problems between my initial visits and memberships to netReporting, Commission Junction, & Linkshare. I have since 1998-00 joined more memberships than I have record. I have contacted many companies, e.g., msn, aol, linkshare, commission junction, etc., in request for consolidation of my accounts, but they are uncooperative, although, this would be the most efficient and fair play.

today, my problems lie with hackers overtaking my accounts, improper, erroneous, and overbilling for services rendered, not rendered, and for free accounts as well. obviously, there is nothing i can do when i am locked out of my personal records in order to update, when i am unable to present current account info, and lastly, when i am not notified of problems of payments, etc. however, i have a solution.

if there can be a program devised to trace a person's history from first initiation to the internet and update to most current account, i believe, on the majority, this would be pleasant for people like myself. Yes, i have always had problems, but not solely based on my part.

as is today, erroneous billings, account managements, etc., have been a major fault, all variables out of my hands. Therefore, the proposed solution is the best I can imagine in at minimum, retrieving missing funds of those companies still live on the Internet. Also, "hacker" companies such as MSN should be brought to justice. My view is, if they are so crude and blatantly in their un-Constitutional mannerisms of possession of other people's work, accounts, and money they should be taught to learn they cannot continue thusly.

what i'd like to see happen are these words in effect, "if you are so bold as to practice your philosophy to overtake my work and take claim to benefits thereof without the slightest sense of fairness, you must understand my philosophy in reciprocating your deeds!"

I'd like to overtake their accounts, retrieve all funds taken except 1 year, 1 account subscription to MSN, and 1% of all income made from links on sites of my construction on their ISP, such as the msn & hotmail accounts. (currently, they are attempting to take all proceeds from my affiliate banners on their ISP, e.g., http://communities.msn.com sites, and it is also my belief they have followed my memberships and have "dribbled" and tresspassed on as many affiliate partnerships they are gaining information on, beit, a link on my construction on their msn communities or not.

Their "Agreement" is unfair and un-Constitutional, and it is also my belief that if these ruthless "vermins" of the Internet are taught a lesson they'll never forget, they will conform to society's standards and stop the theft, otherwise be banned from the Internet in entireity.

Surely this would be a lesson learned for all. ctwebb
