There is much I'd like to say (and have but could not get the mail sent and am now at loss for those words) but I'll be short and say, the best method for "cleansing" is cleaning! Learn to use Amonia safely and learn gardening through Encyclopedia of Organic Gardening and Rodale's Encyclopedia of Herbs. Also, I've found that if you apply methods for "caring of rabbits" especially the recommended use of vegetable dusting sulfur (with addition to the use of epsom salt) to all your pets (with exception for caging and preferred diet) you'll find it is quite effective!
